How Does The Program Work? This is a simple, but extremely effective program to prevent collection agencies, their employees, collection agents and attorneys from pursuing you for "debts" such as credit card debt.
The program is based on the Federal Law known as the "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act." This program will put the law on your side. I have used this program for individuals for over three years. No collection agency has successfully collected one penny from anyone who has used this program and none of the individuals who used this program has had any derogatory reporting on their credit report. Most importantly all of the individuals who have used this program have no longer had to deal with daily phone calls and letters from collection agencies. There have been NO COURT ACTIONS against anyone who has used this program.
This program takes advantage of the Federal Law known as the "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act" and the fact that most collection agencies and creditors are so large they don’t have access to the information which you will request. It is required by law that this information be furnished to you before they can proceed with collection activities. We do not eliminate "debt", but this program will put you in a position to avoid paying the "debt", for as long as you want to avoid paying and you will be in a position to negotiate a settlement at some time in the future, if you choose, for ALMOST NOTHING.
This program has proven effective even when the creditor or the collection agency place the "debt" with an attorney for collection. Attorneys are bound by the law and do not want to put their practices at risk by knowingly violating the law.
Finally, if the collection agency violates the "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act", this program will put the state Attorney General on your side and his/her office will help you in stopping the collections agency from contacting you or pursuing the collection of your "debt". Further, the collection agency may be subject to penalties and fines issued by the Attorney General.
